I selected and sourced all of the products and materials used for this remodel. For the deck, we replaced the old cantilevered exterior deck and railing with sleek, modern products that could stand up to the heavy moisture in Mill Valley hills and require minimal maintenance: pressure-treated deck joist with flashing, composite decking from Timber Tech, and an aluminum & stainless steel handrail system from Feeney. The kitchen remodel included removal/replacement of cabinets, appliances, countertops and flooring plus modifying the layout to maximize functionality and storage. The bathroom upgrade included new medicine cabinets, hand and towel bars, and toilet paper dispenser.
