Half Moon Bay Home Remodel

The complete remodel of this original 2 bed/1 bath 1500 square foot home built in 1947 with outdated mechanical services and fragmented floor plan was transformed into a beautifully remodeled, modern 3 bed/2 bath home with a 500 square foot master bedroom and bathroom addition.

Project Design

Selection, sourcing and layout of products and materials

I selected and sourced the vast amount of products and materials used for this remodel including flooring, lighting, countertops, appliances, custom cabinetry, paint colors, tiles and designer furnishings.

I worked with colleague and general contractor Andrew Fay who’s team did the major construction work including structural updates and the 500 sq ft addition. I focused on project management, design, and detailed finish work including: installing door and cabinet hardware; roman clay finish fireplace application; installing inset LED lighting; designing and installing custom walnut desk; installing artwork and wall-mounted TVs; designing and installing multiple custom elfa closet systems; and furniture layout.
